Returns Policy

You can cancel this order within 24 hours after we have received it and receive a full refund.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns so you may want to insure your item. We do not pay postage on returns and we do not accept returns sent 'postage due.'

Please note: Due to copyright issues, books and patterns are not returnable!

Sale and clearance (Yard Sale) item sales are final and cannot be returned.
